My name is Nick Gardner, I have been a Real Estate Professional for the past fifteen years. I started as an investor purchasing "buy and holds", and flipping distressed properties. As my knowledge and experience grew I discovered a new passion for helping others to achieve their dreams of home ownership, and Homeowners to comfortably transition to a new chapter in their life. Furthermore, I truly enjoy helping others get their feet wet in the rental industry in which they were interested in, but wary, because they didn't know where or how to get involved, and for some who thought that they just couldn't. A few years ago I obtained my agency license, and have been working with Homeowners, Buyers, and Investors ever since.
